This role is a Go-To-Market (GTM) Specialist for Generative AI/Machine Learning within AWS in Korea. The primary focus is on driving the adoption and growth of AWS's GenAI/ML services by developing and executing GTM strategies, identifying customer use cases, and collaborating with sales, partners, and marketing teams. The role involves understanding customer problems, enabling field teams, and bringing market signals back to product teams. It is a customer-facing role focused on business development and sales enablement rather than direct AI/ML model development or engineering.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own the GTM strategy and execution for the GenAI/ML Domain in Korea, collaborating with Sales, Partners, Marketing, and other Specialists
  2. Leverage your expertise in Generative AI and Machine Learning to understand customer problems and enable field teams to solve them
  3. Drive adoption of AWS GenAI/ML services by identifying use cases and converting them into scalable repeatable motions
  4. Lead cross-functional initiatives to expand markets, develop programs, and identify new opportunities
  5. Develop and execute goals to drive long term growth while meeting revenue and non-revenue KPIs
