Principal Growth Marketing Manager

Snorkel AI Snorkel AI · Data AI · Redwood City, CA +1 · 430 - Marketing

This role is for a Principal Growth Marketing Manager at Snorkel AI, a company focused on data-centric AI for enterprises. The position involves designing and executing modern, full-stack growth strategies that go beyond traditional demand generation. The manager will leverage creative storytelling, rigorous experimentation, data fluency, product signals, community engagement, and AI-native tooling to reach technical buyers and accelerate pipeline. Responsibilities include developing innovative campaigns, running experiments, generating signal-based pipeline, executing ABM, and analyzing attribution. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in growth marketing, a track record of driving pipeline and revenue, comfort with data and marketing tools, and a passion for AI.

What you'd actually do

  1. Design and own a growth engine that goes beyond traditional demand gen — blending paid, organic, product-led, and community-driven channels into a cohesive, always-on pipeline machine.
  2. Conceive and launch campaigns that cut through the noise with technical audiences — think benchmark drops, interactive data playgrounds, developer-first content, and viral research moments, not just gated whitepapers.
  3. Run rapid, structured experiments across the full funnel. A/B test everything from ad creative and landing pages to email sequences and conversion flows. Let the data decide.
  4. Move beyond MQL-centric models. Build intent-based and signal-driven programs that surface and engage high-fit accounts using product consumption data, research engagement, and third-party intent signals.
  5. Partner with sales to run sophisticated, multi-touch ABM plays targeting enterprise and frontier lab accounts with relevant, timely, and genuinely useful content.
