This role is for a Principal HR Business Partner supporting WW Grocery Stores Supply Chain and Tech. The role involves partnering with senior leaders to design and execute people strategies for diverse workforces including tech, corporate, and field employees. The team supports cutting-edge technology including AI-powered solutions and navigates the impact of AI and automation on roles and skills.

What you'd actually do

  1. Partner with multiple Director-level leaders as a trusted strategic advisor, supporting a uniquely diverse workforce spanning Tech, Corporate, and Field employees
  2. Design and execute people strategies tailored to the distinct needs of software engineers, business professionals, and frontline associates—all within one organization
  3. Provide data-driven insights on organizational health, engagement, and retention across all three employee populations to inform leadership decisions
  4. Coach and counsel senior leaders on performance management, employee relations, and team effectiveness across varied work environments
  5. Drive HR functional excellence by collaborating with COEs (Compensation, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, L&D) to deliver scalable solutions that work for diverse workforce segments

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Organizational Development, Business Administration or related fields
  • 10+ years of HR specialist, HR generalist (e.g., HR Business Partner or HR Partner), HR manager, or HR program experience
  • Experience collaborating and influencing multiple teams across multiple organizations
  • 6+ years of building and leading large teams and working in matrixed operating structures experience
  • Experience in talent management, organizational network analysis, and organizational design and development
  • Experience understanding needs of business and end customers and translating them into right solutions

Nice to have

  • Experience delivering complex, data-driven recommendations to senior leaders
  • 6+ years of retail, grocery, or customer-facing experience
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, rapidly changing operations environment
  • Experience influencing multiple stakeholders and leading cross functional teams across geographies and business units
