What you'd actually do

  1. Help lead discussions with potential new Braze AI Decision Studio customers
  2. Work with our pre- and post- sales teams, along with current and future Braze AI Decision Studio customers, to determine the highest-impact applications of our AI solution and help quantify their impact
  3. Enable your colleagues in AI Decisioning by training them on the nuances of reinforcement learning and its application in marketing
  4. Participate in Braze AI Decision Studio Proofs of Value (POV) motion to ensure they progress successfully, working closely with Braze AI Decision Studio’s technical Implementation team
  5. Communicate customer needs to Braze AI Decision Studio’s product & marketing teams, ensuring a customer-centric product roadmap
