Principal Industrial Engineer

Northrop Grumman Northrop Grumman · Aerospace · Sunnyvale, CA +1 · Material/Process

This role focuses on industrial engineering principles, utilizing data analytics to optimize operational processes, improve program performance, and build models for product flow optimization. It involves developing scheduling tools, aligning ERP systems, and creating metrics and visualizations for shop floor performance. While it involves data analysis and potentially working with data science teams, the core function is not AI/ML model development but rather process optimization and operational efficiency within an industrial/manufacturing context.
