Northrop Grumman is seeking a Principal Industrial Security Analyst/CSSO in Rolling Meadows, IL to support multiple programs related to classified federal, contractual, customer, and company requirements. Responsibilities include creating and maintaining relationships with customers, developing and administering security programs for classified materials, and implementing multi-disciplined security programs. The role involves studying and implementing federal security regulations, preparing manuals, investigating security violations, and ensuring compliance with various security standards (DoD 5205.07 SAP Manual, ICD 705, ICD 704, and NISPOM). Requires an active Top Secret Clearance and ability to obtain SAP eligibility. Basic qualifications include 5+ years of experience (or 3+ with Masters) and experience with security systems like JADE, DISS, or SIMS. Preferred qualifications include CDSE Intro to SAP course, ICD 705 training, and experience with customer high side networks.

Skills

Required

  • Current Active Top Secret Clearance
  • US Citizenship Required
  • Ability to meet enhanced security requirements and obtain/maintain SAP eligibility and access
  • In-scope investigation (T5, T5R, SSBI, SBPR, PR) completed within the last 6 years or current enrollment in Continuous Evaluation (CE) program
  • Experience and knowledge of systems such as JADE, DISS or SIMS
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with peers, program leadership, and customers
  • 5+ years of work experience with Bachelors; or 3+ years with Masters; an additional 4 years of experience may be substituted for Bachelor’s degree

Nice to have

  • CDSE Intro to SAP course completion
  • ICD 705 training
  • Experience with customer high side networks to include CV2, CORE, CNET, JADE, etc.
  • OPSEC program experience
