Northrop Grumman is seeking a Principal Manufacturing Engineer to focus on affordability improvement and production scaling projects for classified programs. Responsibilities include creating and executing projects, cost estimating, board presentations, cross-functional project management, and facility expansion planning. The role requires a STEM Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of experience in relevant engineering fields and the ability to obtain a Secret clearance and SAP.

Skills

Required

  • STEM Bachelor's degree
  • 4+ years of experience in Manufacturing, Tooling, Quality, Production, Industrial, Process, Mechanical, Aerospace, or Aeronautics engineering
  • Ability to obtain and maintain U.S. Government Clearance
  • Ability to obtain and maintain special access program (SAP)
  • Experience with assembly and composite manufacturing processes
  • Experience working on the manufacturing floor

Nice to have

  • Masters in STEM with 3 years of experience
