Key Responsibilities
- Own the product vision, roadmap, and lifecycle for modular infrastructure capabilities.
- Define product requirements (PRDs), prioritize features, and translate customer and business needs into engineering deliverables.
- Gather customer feedback and market insights to identify opportunities and influence long-term product direction.
- Partner with engineering, architecture, construction, supply chain, and operations to deliver scalable modular solutions.
- Develop business cases using cost, schedule, quality, operational, and customer metrics to prioritize investments.
- Drive roadmap reviews, release planning, and executive stakeholder alignment.
- Define success metrics (KPIs/OKRs), monitor adoption and product performance, and incorporate lessons learned into future releases.
- Evaluate emerging technologies, manufacturing methods, and supplier capabilities to improve OCI's modular data center portfolio.
- Influence technical decisions across cross-functional teams without direct authority.
What You'll Bring
- 8+ years of experience in technical product management, modular infrastructure, mission-critical facilities, or data center technologies.
- Experience owning products from concept through launch and lifecycle management.
- Strong ability to write product requirements, prioritize roadmaps, and balance customer needs with technical constraints.
- Experience using data and customer insights to make product decisions.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization.
- Knowledge of modular construction, prefabrication, liquid cooling, or AI data center infrastructure is highly desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

You will be successful by delivering a product roadmap that enables faster deployment of modular data centers, improves customer outcomes, drives standardization, and aligns engineering execution with OCI's business strategy.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $126,200 to $264,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
