Northrop Grumman is seeking a Principal or Sr. Principal Program Cost and Schedule Control Analyst in Clearfield, UT. This role involves providing financial and administrative support, monthly performance management, financial planning and reporting, and performance measurement baseline concepts. Responsibilities include preparing budgets and schedules, conducting cost analysis, setting up cost control systems, and supporting Integrated Product Teams (IPTs). Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) is required.

What you'd actually do

  1. interface with the program managers, functional management, and cost account managers (CAMs) to provide financial and administrative support and analysis to meet program requirements.
  2. prepare budgets and schedules for contract work and perform and/or assists in financial analyses such as funding profiles, sales outlook, awards, margin, cash, EBIT, and variance analysis
  3. Perform analyses and prepare reports in order to ensure that contracts are within negotiated and agreed-upon parameters and government cost control guidelines
  4. Conduct cost analysis to develop BACs, EACs, generate financial inputs, and support monthly cost and schedule reviews
  5. Set up cost control systems (e.g. SAP and COBRA) and incorporate changes into the cost management system to maintain cost and schedule baselines
