Skills

Required

  • Bachelors Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of experience in Aerospace structural design OR an MS degree in STEM with 6 years of related experience OR a PhD in STEM and 4 years of related experience
  • Experience in bonded composite structural analysis of primary and secondary aircraft structures.
  • Experience in metallic structural analysis of primary and secondary aircraft structures.
  • Proficiency in structural analysis methods and documentation, including hand-sheet analysis and large Finite Element Model manipulation.
  • Familiarity with PATRAN or FEMAP.
  • Active US Government clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain Special Program Access within a reasonable amount of time as determined by the company to meet its business needs.

Nice to have

  • Current U.S. Government Secret or Top Secret Clearance.
  • Experience with Special Access Programs.
  • Experience working on military aircraft.
  • Knowledge of MIL-STD regulations as they pertain to aerospace structures.
