Principal, Partner Growth Manager - Adaptive Planning

This role is focused on driving growth and enablement for Workday's Adaptive Planning ecosystem, specifically through channel partners in the APAC and EMEA regions. The Principal, Partner Growth Manager will collaborate with internal teams and partners to define industry-specific solutions, ensure partner certification and quality management for implementations, and manage services project quality. Success will be measured by partner-sourced pipeline and revenue, partner activation and productivity, commercialization of industry solutions, and opportunity velocity.

What you'd actually do

  1. Collaborate with Workday’s industry teams, solution consulting, and alliances teams to define opportunities for industry-specific Planning solutions and use cases tailored to key verticals.
  2. Facilitate co-innovation initiatives with partners to create repeatable solution assets (e.g., templates, accelerators, dashboards) that align with customer needs and Adaptive Planning best practices.
  3. Support go-to-market readiness by aligning industry solution messaging, enablement materials, and success stories across the partner ecosystem.
  4. Establish frameworks for industry specialisation among partners to strengthen market differentiation and drive deeper customer engagement.
  5. Drive the Adaptive Planning Solution Consultant certification journey for partners, ensuring individuals meet Workday’s standards.
