  2. Develop and progress partner-led pipeline in collaboration with Adobe sales teams through to closure
  3. Identify and scale joint offerings that address customer needs and drive repeatable success
  4. Lead go-to-market initiatives and campaigns with partners to drive awareness and pipeline growth
  5. Manage partner performance, including pipeline tracking, customer outcomes, and issue resolution

Skills

Required

  • Experience in channel sales, partner management, or alliances (7–10 years)
  • Proven ability to drive pipeline and achieve revenue targets in complex, partner-led environments
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, including executive engagement
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to execute both tactically and operationally
  • Highly proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment

Nice to have

  • Experience working with large system integrators or consulting partners
  • SaaS or recurring revenue environments experience
