This role focuses on designing and advising partners on integrating Docusign's Intelligent Agreement Management (IAM) platform with emerging agentic AI ecosystems. The Principal Partner Solutions Architect will create reference architectures, proof-of-concept solutions, and technical content to enable System Integrator (GSI) partners to build and deliver agreement-native agentic solutions for joint customers. The role involves hands-on advisory work, technical workshops, and staying ahead of AI trends to translate them into practical workflow solutions.

We are looking for a hands-on operator and innovator who will drive this transformation with our System Integrator (GSI) partners across global markets. As an AI Partner Solution Architect, you will be at the intersection of Docusign IAM platform and the emerging agentic ecosystem. You will design reference architectures, advise on implementation patterns, and enable GSI partners to deliver agreement-native agentic solutions to joint customers. This is a hands-on advisory role. You will work directly with partner practice teams, guide them through workflow orchestration frameworks, and shape how the industry thinks about agreements in the agentic era. This position is an individual contributor reporting to the Sr. Manager, Partner Solution Architects.
