This role focuses on designing and advising partners on integrating Docusign's Intelligent Agreement Management (IAM) platform with emerging agentic AI ecosystems. The Principal Partner Solutions Architect will create reference architectures, proof-of-concept solutions, and technical content to enable System Integrator (GSI) partners to build and deliver agreement-native agentic solutions for joint customers. The role involves hands-on advisory work, technical workshops, and staying ahead of AI trends to translate them into practical workflow solutions.

What you'd actually do

  1. Design reference architectures that guide partners in integrating Docusign IAM with Salesforce, Agentforce and Frontier firm architectures
  2. Advise partners on proof-of-concept solutions that demonstrate human-agent collaboration across agreement workflows
  3. Create solution accelerators and frameworks that enable partners to achieve faster time-to-value for IAM implementations
  4. Lead hands-on technical workshops with SI partners to build deep IAM and agentic AI competency
  5. Serve as a subject matter expert and mentor for partner consultants, enabling them to articulate and deliver customer business outcomes
