What you'd actually do

  1. Lead and execute complex, cross-functional initiatives that directly support the People Team’s most important strategic goals.
  2. Partner closely with leaders to define problems, structure initiatives, and conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to inform decisions.
  3. Own end-to-end planning and delivery of strategic programs.
  4. Bring a scrappy, solutions-oriented mindset to ambiguous challenges.
  5. Build trusted relationships across People Team leaders and cross-functional partners (e.g., Finance, Tech, Legal).

Skills

Required

  • 6–10 years in strategy, operations, consulting, or program management in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills; able to manage multiple complex workstreams simultaneously.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences and influence at all levels.
  • Skilled at listening, building rapport, and cultivating strong partnerships across teams.
