Product Manager for a team focused on seller identity verification and fraud detection within Amazon's Selling Partner Trust and Store Integrity organization. The role involves owning products that authenticate seller identities, detect changes, orchestrate workflows, and route sellers based on risk. What you'd actually do

  1. Owns a suite of products enabling Amazon to know who we’re doing business with at every stage of the selling lifecycle after registering to sell, through any significant changes that impact the selling account.
  2. Continually evaluates and authenticates the 3M+ selling account population to ensure the identities operating them remain consistent.
  3. Detects when identity changes take place (e.g., dormancy/reactivation, owner/operator changes, etc.) and publishes a flag for partner teams to consume.
  4. Orchestrates the self-service workflow for sellers to transfer account ownership.
  5. Routes sellers to the appropriate identity checks/challenges based on risk levels.

Skills

Required

  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
  • 6+ years of technical product or program management experience
  • Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
  • Experience with end to end product delivery
  • Experience working with and influencing senior level stakeholders
