Principal Product Delivery Manager (remote-eligible)

This role is for a Principal Product Delivery Manager focused on delivering technical payment products, including EMV, Transit, 3DS, and Digital payments, within the Americas region. Responsibilities include executing strategy, working with business partners, providing technical EMV support, ensuring delivery goals are met, and collaborating across teams. The role requires experience in EMV and payment networks.

What you'd actually do

  1. Execute strategy for advanced payment products including EMV, Transit, 3DS (3 D Secure) and Digital payments with a variety of payment partners (Issuers, Acquirers, Network Alliances, Gateway, etc.)
  2. Work closely with business partners to identify market requirements to be incorporated into the products and support teams as they promote products and services to clients
  3. Provide technical EMV support including analyzing terminal EMV certifications and the creation of EMV Card Personalization Profiles
  4. Ensure product delivery goals are met by providing SME (Subject Matter Expert) support to internal and external partners to deliver against the strategy
  5. Collaborate across teams to ensure appropriate tracking of metrics, reporting, project status. Assess opportunities to improve product delivery processes and develop efficiency programs

Skills

Required

  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
  • 5 years of experience in EMV, including EMV Issuing Payments, Certification methodologies, Smart Cards, Contactless Near-Field Communication (NFC) and Digital payments

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology or Computer Science
  • 6+ years of experience in EMV, including EMV Issuing Payments, Certification methodologies, Smart Cards, Contactless NFC and Digital payments
  • Experience in payment networks
