- Exceptional visual and UI design craft, including mastery of layout, typography, hierarchy, color, and component‑level refinement.

**Minimum qualifications: **
- 8+ years of relevant professional experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, User Experience Design, Cognitive Science, or related design or technical field; or equivalent related professional experience
- Portfolio demonstrating exceptional UI and visual design craft through modern, high‑quality digital product interfaces.
- Expertise defining and evolving UI patterns and interface-level design systems, particularly for intelligent or adaptive interaction models.
- Mastery in visual design, UI layout, component design, and high‑fidelity prototyping, with strong proficiency across UX, system design, and motion fundamentals.
- Experience designing AI-powered interfaces with clear strategies for state management, system feedback, and multimodal interaction patterns.
- Deep understanding of AI and conversational design tools and methods, including prototyping with LLMs, prompt engineering, data-informed interaction design, and expert knowledge of modern design and prototyping platforms including but not limited to Figma, Cursor, etc.
The total cash range for this position in Austin is $224,000.00 to $313,500.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $358,500.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.

Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $387,000.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role. The total cash range for this position in Chicago is $208,000.00 to $291,500.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $333,000.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role. The total cash range for this position in Seattle is $224,000.00 to $313,500.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $358,500.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.
