What you'd actually do

  1. Leading the vision and roadmap for Data Cloud and Prism's data integration capabilities, driving alignment and buy-in from key stakeholders across the organization
  2. Partnering with design, engineering, data science, and other product managers to evolve Workday's analytics platform, with a focus on delivering intuitive, no-code ETL experiences for data engineers and business analysts
  3. Engaging with partner Product Management teams to co-develop a joint product roadmap that ensures cohesion across Workday's broader data and analytics ecosystem
  4. Diving deep into customer use cases to understand how they leverage the platform for meaningful insights, and identifying, specifying, and prioritizing features through direct input from customers, analysts, developers, and architects
  5. Building domain expertise in data preparation, data management, data warehouses, query engines and feature engineering for data science, and serving as a thought leader in guiding customers toward their best business outcomes through analytics
