Principal Product Manager to define and drive product strategy for an AI agent runtime, orchestration, and extensibility platform, working at the intersection of LLMs, developer tooling, and platform engineering to enable intelligent agents for developers and organizations, powering M365 Copilot.

What you'd actually do

  1. Shape the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Copilot & Agent Platform, aligning priorities with customer needs and product goals.
  2. Collaborate with engineering, design, data science, and partner teams to deliver high-quality platform capabilities that help developers build, deploy, and scale AI-powered agents.
  3. Define feature sets, lead senior-level customer usability reviews, own roadmaps across divisions, and partner with teams to build configurations and guide scenario walkthroughs.
  4. Identify opportunities to expand platform reach, establish success metrics, and use data-driven insights to prioritize investments and measure outcomes.
  5. Influence stakeholders across the organization to drive business impact, define success criteria for multiple feature areas, and identify long-term investment opportunities with partner support.
