What you'd actually do

  1. You will identify unknown or unmet customer needs within multiple feature areas. You’ll then clarify any patterns of root problems and define solution options for those feature areas.
  2. You will drive business impact across the organization and track success criteria for multiple feature areas.
  3. You’ll also identify long-term investment opportunities and engage partners to garner support for those feature areas.
  4. You will help define a feature set and facilitate mid-level usability reviews with customers.
  5. You’ll own the roadmap for multiple feature areas, and will collaborate with a partner team to build golden configurations and drive scenario walkthroughs.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development OR equivalent experience.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 10+ years of experience in product/service/project/program management or software development OR equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of strategic planning/product development/business analysis OR equivalent shipping service experience.
  • 3+ years deep networking experience and cloud technology.
