  3. Coordinate execution across engineering, UX, research, and marketing teams for the development and launch of AI-powered features.
  4. Gather and document requirements from diverse stakeholders, defining and maintaining scalable data infrastructure, validating and remediating data streams, and establishing robust governance practices to drive forward the AI strategy.
  5. Work closely with research teams to support a user-centered approach, enhance user experience, and set KPIs for measuring feature success.

Skills

Required

  • 6+ years of product management experience
  • 3+ years focusing on AI/ML products
  • Experience using quantitative and qualitative data to inform design decisions and drive change
  • Experience working with both technical and business stakeholders (Marketing, Operations, Data, etc.)
  • Familiar with organizational maturity and related transformation
  • Demonstrated experience influencing senior management and setting expectations for major cross-functional initiatives
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
