What you'd actually do

  1. Develop and communicate the strategy and roadmap for search targeting and controls across Microsoft’s ad ecosystem.
  2. Represent the product to customers, deeply understand their needs, and champion those needs internally.
  3. Navigate ambiguity, make tough prioritization decisions, and drive alignment across engineering, design, and business stakeholders.
  4. Partner effectively with Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Legal, and other cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive product outcomes.
  5. Collaborate with Data Science and ML teams to leverage insights and models that power precision targeting and safeguard brand trust at scale.
