Principal Product Manager to drive GEICO's online and mobile experience through digital products, focusing on conversational AI and chatbots. This role involves strategizing, developing, and enhancing the consumer journey using AI/ML, LLMs, RAG, and agentic workflows, with a strong emphasis on end-to-end product lifecycle ownership in a regulated environment.

What you'd actually do

  1. Building complex conversational AI and Chatbot experiences and features at large scale.
  2. Defining and executing a multi-year unified vision in close partnership with our business and engineering teams.
  3. Leading cross-functional teams that drive results during product discovery and product delivery.
  4. Synthesizing business, market, and platform data to identify opportunities, size them, and turn insights into product vision, strategy and requirements.
  5. Owning and prioritizing short term and long-term product roadmap to deliver on business outcomes, working closely with a cross-functional team to ensure that all the right resources are aligned to ensure that and your team will be successful.
