This role is for a Principal Product Manager focused on building a unified AI platform by managing ISV partnerships, driving their integration and adoption on Azure & Foundry. The role involves operational excellence, executive alignment, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure partner success and accelerate AI workload adoption.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own onboarding, execution, and lifecycle management of ISV partners, driving successful integration, adoption, and scale on Azure & Foundry while maintaining engagement through partner connects, executive syncs, and operational reviews.
  2. Act as the single point of contact for partner execution escalations, ensuring timely alignment and resolution across engineering, product, and field teams, while upholding execution accountability and delivery commitments.
  3. Lead Quarterly Business Reviews with executives from Microsoft & ISV, including preparation of business narratives, metrics tracking, and end-to-end follow-through on commitments and action items.
  4. Execute AI ISV ecosystem priorities by aligning partner capabilities with platform needs across AI, data, storage, networking, and observability, while coordinating closely with Category PMs, Engineering, Field Sales, EPS, and Marketing to deliver consistent partner experiences.
  5. Drive executive alignment with Microsoft and partner leadership on priorities and outcomes, while ensuring structured handoffs, clear ownership, seamless partner transitions, and proactive identification of risks, growth signals, and escalation trends to enable timely leadership intervention.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development
  • Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements

Nice to have

  • 10+ years of experience in product management, program management, or partner/ISV management.
  • Demonstrated ability to work across large, cross-functional environments with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience handling escalations, driving accountability, and delivering execution outcomes.
  • Analytical and communication skills to translate business and technical inputs into executive insights.
  • Stakeholder management skills, including engagement with senior executives.
  • Working knowledge of AI/ML concepts and AI platforms (e.g., model workflows, agentic applications, or AI ecosystem components), with the ability to comfortably engage in technical discussions with engineering teams and partners on AI-enabled scenarios.
  • Demonstrated AI fluency, including familiarity with AI/ML concepts, agentic workflows, model customization, and the developer ecosystem around modern AI platforms.
  • Experience with Azure cloud platform and Microsoft AI/ML offerings.
  • Understanding of ISV ecosystems, marketplace dynamics, and partner go-to-market strategies in cloud or SaaS environments.
  • Proven ability to drive platform adoption, partner-led growth, or cloud consumption (e.g., Marketplace, ACR), translating technical capabilities into measurable business outcomes.
