Principal Product Manager for Customer Identity and Access Management (IAM) at GEICO, a subsidiary of Berkshire Hathaway. What you'd actually do

  1. Evolve the product vision and roadmap for GEICO’s IAM platform (e.g., authentication, authorization, federation, privileged access, identity lifecycle, etc.)
  2. Translate complex business and security requirements into clear product strategies and actionable features
  3. Partner closely with cybersecurity, engineering, legal, compliance, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable and secure IAM capabilities that meet enterprise needs
  4. Prioritize features and enhancements based on risk, impact, and effort, using data and stakeholder input to guide decisions
  5. Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and threat landscapes to keep GEICO’s IAM platform modern and compliant

Skills

Required

  • 8+ years of product management experience
  • at least 3 years focused on identity and access management or security-related domains
  • Deep knowledge of IAM protocols and technologies (e.g., SAML, OIDC, OAuth, MFA, SCIM, PAM, RBAC/ABAC)
  • Experience delivering IAM solutions at enterprise scale (B2C and/or B2E)
  • Strong strategic thinking
  • Proven ability to drive initiatives in complex, regulated environments
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or equivalent experience
