Product Manager for M365 AIOps team, defining and driving product strategy for autonomous agentic mitigation in cloud services. Focuses on AI agents that sense risk, reason over signals, and drive recovery actions with minimal human intervention, ensuring reliability and safety at hyperscale.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own the multi-year product vision, strategy, and roadmap for building autonomous agentic loops across M365—where agents sense risk, reason over signals, and act to remediate—and shape an opinionated point of view on how agentic AIOps reshapes the future of service operations.
  2. Establish a cross-organizational discipline and operating model to systematically surface, quantify, and prioritize resiliency risks, backed by a clear taxonomy, scoring, and governance model that drives the highest-impact risks to closure with clear accountability.
  3. Collaborate with engineering, AI/ML, safety, and service teams to transform troubleshooting into governed, closed-loop recovery workflows, defining the guardrails, blast-radius controls, approval gates, and rollback mechanisms that make autonomous agentic mitigation safe, auditable, and trustworthy.
  4. Identify opportunities to expand autonomous agentic AIOps reach, establish the success metrics that matter—loop autonomy rate, time-to-mitigate, mitigation success rate, autonomous-action safety, and reduction in customer-impacting downtime—and use data-driven insights to prioritize investments and measure outcomes.
