This role is for a Principal Product Manager within Microsoft's Identity and Network Access division, focusing on security products and solutions. What you'd actually do

  1. Define the product and product capabilities in close partnership with customers every step of the way.
  2. Design and build product capabilities with engineering.
  3. Engage customers to validate, design, refine the product offering and enable customer adoption.
  4. Develop strong, collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams and drive alignment.
  5. Work closely with product marketing to position offering and enable sales organization to pilot, deploy and operate offering

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/program management or software development OR equivalent experience
  • Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements

Nice to have

  • 6+ years experience improving product metrics for a product, feature, or experience in a market
  • 6+ years experience disrupting a market for a product, feature, or experience
  • Understanding of Identity security technologies and privileged access management
  • Strong, demonstrated technical problem solving and communication skills
