  2. Build close feedback loops with technology partners, driving co-innovation and a growing joint integration surface.
  3. Track the competitive landscape closely and form strong, data-backed opinions on which ecosystem investments will move the business.
  4. Work with engineering to build a roadmap that balances connector stability, ClickHouse feature coverage, and developer experience.
  5. Measure and communicate the business impact, ROI, and customer success of the connectors portfolio to leadership.
