What you'd actually do

  1. Own the end-to-end strategy for user growth, with a primary focus on top-of-funnel acquisition, activation, and early retention across web and mobile surfaces
  2. Drive SEO-led growth for the web product, partnering with engineering, content, and data teams to improve discoverability, indexation, and organic traffic performance as a core acquisition channel
  3. Manage ambiguity, complexity, and cross-functional interdependencies in a fast-paced environment, doing what it takes to make the product successful
  4. Partner closely with engineering, design, data science, and product operations to define, build, iterate, and scale growth experiences
  5. Define objectives, metrics, and guardrails to guide prioritization and measure success
  6. Run structured experimentation across the funnel, using quantitative and qualitative insights to inform product strategy and roadmap
  7. Identify and unlock new growth levers; including referrals, lifecycle, and platform-specific opportunities to diversify channel mix and compound growth over time
