Principal Product Manager - Identity

The Principal Product Manager will define and build the next generation of secure, simple, and intelligent identity experiences for Adobe's identity solutions. This role involves evolving authentication, MFA, passkeys, device trust, and automated risk signals, while reducing friction and improving conversion. Key responsibilities include product strategy, technical roadmap definition, cross-functional collaboration with engineering, data science, infosec, and compliance teams, and market analysis. The role will also lead a product team to deliver seamless and secure identity solutions for consumer and academic markets across mobile, web, and desktop. Experience with AI/ML models for Identity and Risk is required.

What you'd actually do

  1. Define and complete the product strategy for the Identity Platform, ensuring alignment with Adobe's business goals and enterprise initiatives.
  2. Work closely with engineering teams and vendors to build and implement modern identification solutions.
  3. Partner with data science, engineering, infosec, and compliance teams to integrate identity technologies into Adobe's ecosystem.
  4. Research industry advancements, including device intelligence techniques and other cookie-less solutions, privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA), and guidelines in user identification and personalization.
  5. Effectively communicate technical concepts and product vision to leadership, external partners, and cross-functional teams to drive alignment and adoption.
