This role is for a Principal Product Manager at Walmart focused on Layout Personalization for consumer-facing digital platforms. Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 9 years’ experience in product management.
  • Extensive experience in product strategy, roadmap development, and lifecycle management within complex environments.
  • Strong proficiency in data-driven decision making, analytics, and product feature evaluation to inform product direction.
  • Expertise in stakeholder management, communication, and influencing to align cross-functional teams and secure resources.
  • Deep understanding of customer needs, journey mapping, and process optimization to drive product innovation and adoption.
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies, machine learning, and data science to support product innovation and competitive positioning.
  • Proven ability to mentor teams, promote best practices, and lead product development using Agile methodologies.
