Lead Membership/Rewards and loyalty initiatives, including SoFi Plus. Define the strategy for packaging, communicating, and delivering incremental value across the SoFi ecosystem to drive loyalty and multi-product adoption. Craft a world-class membership experience.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead the multi-year product vision for SoFi Plus, including identifying new benefits that inspire Members to adopt and utilize Plus.
  2. Own the end-to-end membership journey, from initial discovery and enrollment to long-term retention and "wow" moments.
  3. Collaborate with leaders across Money, Invest, Credit Card, and Lending to curate a unified suite of benefits that feels like a cohesive, premium ecosystem rather than a collection of offers.
  4. Create, communicate, and socialize a high-fidelity product roadmap that aligns executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams around the future of membership.
  5. Define the North Star metrics for Membership success; monitor performance and iterate rapidly based on data-driven insights.

Skills

Required

  • 10+ years of product management experience
  • Proven track record of scaling membership, subscription, or loyalty programs
  • Ability to see the "big picture" and understand how various financial products can be woven together
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and lead through ambiguity
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to model the impact of membership benefits on a variety of metrics
