The Principal Product Manager-Tech will lead product strategy for the Licensed Sports fan CX vision, shaping disruptive strategies to deliver game-changing experiences for fans worldwide. This role involves defining scalable solutions for fan-first browse, discovery, and personalization powered by Sports Profiles, event-driven CX, and AI/ML-powered content strategies. The PMT will own product strategy for automated content engines powered by LLMs and generative image models, especially around tentpole sporting events.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead the vision and roadmap for the Licensed Sports Fan Shop experience — defining scalable solutions for fan-first browse, discovery, and personalization powered by Sports Profiles, event-driven CX, and AI/ML-powered content strategies.
  2. Own the product strategy for automated content engines powered by LLMs, generative image models to create elevated, inspiring, and timely shopping destinations for fans — especially around tentpole sporting events (FIFA World Cup, NFL Season, March Madness, etc.).
  3. Drive the integration and activation of Customer Sports Profiles across Amazon surfaces to deliver personalized fan experiences at scale.
  4. Leverage data to define success metrics for features and services, track performance (OPS, purchase rate, fan engagement), deep-dive on issues, and uncover trends and patterns.
  5. Own QBR goal(s) with direct accountability to VP-level stakeholders.
