What you'd actually do

  1. Own product strategy and definition for the entire RISC Inventory Management portfolio, including areas such as “stop sale” processes, removal and reinstatement lifecycles, managing inventory at granular levels (e.g., lot code), certified destruction, specialized fulfillment networks like EFN.
  2. Define long-term compliance platform architecture and drive ownership rationalization across VP organizations
  3. Serve as single-threaded product owner for RISC VP-level goal on Total Compliance Lifecycle Defect Rate Reduction
  4. Build and maintain alignment with engineering and product leaders across 6+ VP organizations
  5. Own RISC-led MBR/QBR governance mechanism for VP-level goal with Director/VP-level attendees

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
  • 8+ years of technical product or program management experience
  • Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
  • Experience with end to end product delivery
  • Experience working with and influencing senior level stakeholders

Nice to have

  • Experience influencing groups outside their own VP from architecture perspective
  • Deep understanding of distributed systems, AI/ML architectures, and supply chain/fulfillment systems
  • Experience defining long-term product vision and architecture, not just tactical execution
  • Familiarity with agentic systems, ML-based decisioning, and generative AI product development
  • Comfortable engaging with Directors and VPs as a peer
  • Experience negotiating capability ownership transfers across VP organizations
