What you'd actually do

  1. Develop AI solutions for Sponsored Brands advertiser and shopper experiences.
  2. You invent and design new solutions for scientifically-complex problem areas in new business initiatives.
  3. Develop compelling experiences and rapidly test ideas to grow shopper engagement across Amazon, while driving growth for our advertisers.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on fast-paced, challenging projects, experimenting with new possibilities and taking calculated risks.
  5. Develop product strategies, roadmaps, requirements/prototypes to execute your vision.

Skills

Required

  • 6+ years of end to end product delivery experience
  • 8+ years of technical product or program management experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
  • Experience leading engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
  • Experience technical product management

Nice to have

  • Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements
  • Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM), or experience in defining and creating benchmarks for assessing GenAI model performance
  • Previous AdTech Experience highly preferred
  • Experience with LLMs preferred
