Workday is seeking a Principal Product Manager for their oCHRO Customer Zero team. This role will focus on understanding user needs and translating them into product strategies and roadmaps, with a particular emphasis on leveraging AI to drive innovation in HR technology. The individual will collaborate with various teams, drive cross-functional initiatives, and use a data-driven approach to influence stakeholders. The role requires significant experience in product management within the HR technology domain and a strong understanding of Workday's product capabilities.

  1. Collaborating with business partners, product teams, designers, and architects to discover and deliver the most impactful solutions for our Workmates
  2. Operating as both a designer of business processes and technical requirements and a product manager who ensures implemented solutions deliver outstanding experiences
  3. Driving large cross-functional initiatives and implementations that create amazing experiences for Workmates and accelerate Workday's business growth
  4. Taking a data-driven approach to influence colleagues, business partners, and key executives — owning results even when achieving them through others
