The Principal Product Marketing Manager will lead the go-to-market and commercialization strategy for Adobe Firefly's API-powered platform and workflow experiences, focusing on packaged workflows, capabilities, and agent orchestration for enterprise clients. This role involves defining productization, pricing, and driving demand generation, requiring strong B2B product marketing experience in enterprise SaaS and a strategic understanding of AI-first tooling.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead GTM strategy and execution for complex, platform-level capabilities (eg. system integrations, AI agents, APIs, packaged workflows), including branding, commercialization & packaging, demand generation, and field enablement.
  2. Define how new capabilities are productized, including target users, packaging, and pricing
  3. Build a repeatable “capability-to-market” operating system for high-cadence releases
  4. Coordinate across Product, Engineering, Business Model Strategy, Partnerships, Legal, and Sales leadership to align on strategy, tradeoffs, and execution plans
  5. Lead technical GTM and field readiness for multiple audiences, including Solution Consultants, Forward Deployed Engineers, and Sales teams.

Skills

Required

  • 10-12+ years in B2B product marketing (enterprise SaaS)
  • proven experience bringing technical platform capabilities to market
  • Strong strategic instincts for AI-first tooling and capabilities
  • Comfort partnering deeply with Product and Engineering
  • Excellent cross-functional leadership and program management skills
  • High bar for messaging and storytelling for executive, creative, and technical audiences
  • Analytical orientation and familiarity with adoption metrics
  • Working knowledge of GenAI production workflows
