The Principal Product Marketing Manager will define and communicate the AI story for Attentive's omnichannel marketing platform, translating complex AI capabilities into clear customer value. This role involves shaping messaging, leading go-to-market strategies, and influencing product direction by understanding market and customer insights, with a focus on AI-powered personalization and automation.

What you'd actually do

  1. Shape how we position and communicate transformative AI experiences on our omnichannel platform, translating advanced capabilities into clear, compelling customer value.
  2. Bring the platform story to life across every touchpoint—web, campaigns, lifecycle, sales, events, and partner channels.
  3. Own GTM strategy for our platform launches, ensuring strong differentiation and clear value articulation.
  4. Partner with senior leadership to define and align on product marketing strategy and narrative direction.
  5. Conduct market, customer, and competitive research to inform positioning, messaging, and GTM strategy.
