Principal Product Risk Associate - Aml Next Gen Investigator Platforms

This role supports the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Investigator Platforms team, focusing on Next Gen Investigation Ecosystem. It requires a blend of risk assessment, process and project management, change management, and technology skills to ensure products are resilient by design. The associate will influence business areas to mitigate risk, manage product risk documentation, and partner with data analysts and technology to improve risk monitoring and reporting.

What you'd actually do

  1. Influence: Effectively challenge and influence the business area to mitigate risk when developing well-designed products, practices, and processes.
  2. Execution: Maintain a relentless focus on quality and timeliness. Establish and maintain positive relationships with Product Owners, Tech partners, Operations stakeholders, and Risk advisors.
  3. Results-Oriented: Operate within Scaled Agile Frameworks, embracing iterative delivery and a bias toward action. You lead work across multiple streams, engaging with stakeholders to drive results.
  4. Risk Architecture: Partner with data analysts and technology to improve risk monitoring and reporting. You will track and remediate risks to closure, execute control assessments, and support audit/regulatory response activities.
  5. Product Lifecycle Support: Maintain product risk documentation, process flows, and testing artifacts. You will support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new product features and enhancements.
