Seeking a Principal Program Cost Schedule & Control Analyst to provide financial and administrative support and analysis for project requirements, focusing on EAC development, monthly financial forecasting, and budget adherence within government cost control guidelines. Responsibilities include supporting COBRA setup, briefing financial performance, and reporting on project budgets and staffing.

What you'd actually do

  1. Supporting the project portfolios of NCTA setup and execution in COBRA
  2. Compile and brief monthly financial presentations to functional leadership on financial performance
  3. Perform analysis & prepare reports in order to ensure that NCTA projects are within budget and government cost control guidelines.
  4. Be responsible for supporting the preparation and coordination of the monthly and quarterly financial forecasting and reporting processes.
  5. Provide internal reporting requirements to include incorporation of forecast, identification of staffing issues related to baseline/ETC, and execution of corrective action or updates using reporting tools.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience in business, finance, accounting, program control, or similar industry related fields OR a Master's degree with 3 years stated experience
  • Experience with MPM and/or Cobra
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work on site daily in El Segundo, CA

Nice to have

  • Financial forecasting and/or material accounting experience
  • Experience with SAP/S4
