Principal Technical Program Manager to drive customer experience strategy forward by consistently innovating and problem-solving. This role reports to a VP of Technical Program Management and plays a key part in driving technology modernization across Mastercard’s internal products and shared platforms. You’ll partner closely with infrastructure, platform, product, engineering, and regulatory teams to deliver large scale, business critical modernized regions that support essential payment services.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead multiple large scale, concurrent programs, driving engineering execution across a complex technology portfolio within an Agile/Scrum delivery framework
  2. Develop a deep understanding of the technology stack, integration patterns, organizational capabilities, and enterprise platforms to inform and shape effective technical solutions.
  3. Contribute to strategic planning, architecture, and design discussions to enable clear, achievable, and scalable execution plans.
  4. Partner closely with business leaders and technology stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational strategy, priorities, and long term vision.
  5. Define and maintain integrated program roadmaps, managing dependencies, milestones, risks, and delivery outcomes across teams.
