What you'd actually do

  1. Lead strategic AI initiatives focused on accelerating enterprise AI adoption and AI for Growth.
  2. Lead complex, cross-functional technology programs from strategy through execution and operationalization.
  3. Establish scalable operating models, governance, and lifecycle management for AI platforms and solutions, including security, compliance, operational readiness, and long-term ownership.
  4. Drive adoption of AI platforms, AI agents, MCPs, developer tooling, and automation capabilities while measuring business impact and ROI.
  5. Build and execute multi-year AI transformation roadmaps that align with business priorities and technology strategy.

Skills

Required

  • 10+ years leading large-scale, cross-functional technology transformation programs
  • Proven track record of delivering complex strategic initiatives
  • Strong technical acumen
  • Experience leading enterprise AI initiatives
  • Demonstrated success driving roadmap execution, organizational change, dependency management, and executive alignment
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency with modern program management, analytics, and AI productivity tools
