What you'd actually do

  1. Lead cross‑functional project teams to deliver initiatives on time, within scope, and on budget
  2. Translate high‑level business objectives into detailed project plans, schedules, and risk mitigation strategies
  3. Conduct regular stand‑ups, status reviews, and stakeholder briefings; provide transparent reporting using dashboards and metrics
  4. Apply Agile methodologies as appropriate, ensuring alignment with company processes
  5. Identify and resolve impediments, escalating issues when necessary to maintain project momentum

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree with 4 years’ experience, OR Master’s degree with 3 years' experience
  • At least 2 years of experience leading a project and/or driving performance against schedule
  • Demonstrated track record/experience in project management including cost, schedule, and technical performance management
  • Experience working with and manipulating detail-oriented data
  • Ability to transfer and maintain the final adjudicated government Top Secret Clearance
