This role is for a Principal Project Management & Planning Analyst at Northrop Grumman, supporting the Engineering leadership team in Tech Ops & Integration. Responsibilities include coordinating program requirements, managing staffing, supporting engineering dashboards and metrics, developing project monitoring tools, preparing status reports, conducting risk & opportunity management, and responding to requests. Requires a Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience in Project Management or Program Integration/Execution, proficiency in Tableau, Confluence, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to maintain a Secret clearance.

What you'd actually do

  1. Coordinate with the Program Managers, program integration teams, and human resources to determine program requirements and skill disciplines (staffing and de-staffing)
  2. Participate in weekly meetings with functional management organization to assist the EI&E disciplines in understanding the program’s requirement in support of satisfactory and on-time fulfillment of staffing requirements
  3. Support Engineering dashboard and metrics strategy as related to the Program
  4. Development, implementation, and maintenance of tools/templates for monitoring project progress
  5. Preparation of status reports and presentations for NGC internal and Customer meetings
