What you'd actually do

  1. Oversees and manages the day-to-day operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management, contracts, suppliers, and customer representatives.
  2. Reviews status of project initiatives and budgets; manages tasks on schedule and prepares monthly expense reports.
  3. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.
  4. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, suppliers, and customer personnel.
  5. Manage daily office team operations for mature, established contracts.

Skills

Required

  • 9 years of a combination of experience and related education including relevant Office Management experience
  • Relevant management experience in a dynamic or entrepreneurial team environment
  • Good organization skills and ability to work with minimal direction in a changing environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to interface with internal and external organizations at all levels
  • Office inventory, procurement, and maintenance of office supplies including comprehensive record keeping and expense reporting
  • Review and communicate project status and budgets and serve as primary POC/liaison with key stakeholders (internal & external)
  • Ability to obtain a secret clearance
