This role is for a Principal Regulatory Compliance Analyst at Northrop Grumman, supporting the Pricing and Estimating team. The primary responsibilities include managing post-award proposal audits, developing and implementing procedures for compliance with regulatory requirements impacting the Estimating System, and investigating compliance questions. The role requires experience with FAR and DFAR, and the ability to obtain a Secret clearance.

What you'd actually do

  1. In this position, the successful candidate will be the primary interface/point of contact with the Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA), Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA), and other internal stakeholders managing and coordinating post submittal/pre-award proposal audits and other related Pricing & Estimating audits and internal assessments.
  2. Develop, implement, evaluate, and maintain procedures and recommend best practices, tools, and other resources to ensure compliance with the regulatory requirements impacting our Estimating System.
  3. Develop and implement impactful program initiatives, communications, and training designed to increase employee awareness and knowledge of compliance policies and pricing best practices.
  4. Investigates and resolves compliance questions received from the Pricing & Estimating organization, other functions, and government regulatory agencies.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree plus a minimum of 5 years’ experience in regulatory, compliance, pricing and estimating, or a related function (i.e. DCAA or DCMA audit, etc.) OR a Master’s Degree plus 3 years of experience.
  • Experience using FAR and DFAR.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) is required.
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret clearance is required.
  • U.S. Citizenship required.
