What you'd actually do

  1. Lead and support Banking & Premium Products Crisis Management responses to live incidents and events, ensuring clear communication and coordinated action across banking and premium product lines
  2. Create and maintain formal process documentation designed to withstand intense scrutiny from audit, internal challenge, and regulatory exams
  3. Develop and leverage deep relationships across the Banking & Premium Products organization. You must be comfortable influencing up, providing clear guidance to senior leadership during high pressure scenarios.
  4. Support the development and delivery of sophisticated crisis exercises and training programs that test and mature our Banking & Premium Products response capabilities
  5. Identify opportunities to automate manual processes, reducing operational risk and increasing the speed of our response during Banking & Premium Products specific disruptions
