Principal Sales Program Execution

This role focuses on defining and executing sales strategies for AT&T Business partners, aiming to drive customer value and revenue growth. It involves establishing strategic frameworks, sales policies, and operational processes to enable seamless selling motions across partner ecosystems, aligning stakeholders, and strengthening AT&T Business seller readiness. The role also leads partner business planning and assesses performance of partner-led selling and co-sell motions.

What you'd actually do

  1. Develop and maintain the company’s Co‑Sell and Partner‑Led selling strategy across segments and products.
  2. Agree clear rules of engagement (RoE) for AT&T Business sellers, partners and co‑selling motions.
  3. Influence and optimize end‑to‑end processes and tools that support partner‑led and co‑sell workflows.
  4. Translate strategy into scalable operating models, playbooks, and guidance for both sellers and partners.
  5. Lead the annual and ongoing partner business planning process with internal stakeholders and partner organizations.

Skills

Required

  • +7yrs experience in partner strategy or sales strategy roles
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales motions including partner Co-Sell and Partner-Led motions.
  • Skilled at defining sales processes and directing sales readiness materials
  • Experienced running partner business planning and performance evaluation processes.
  • Strong understanding of partner business models and services
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and drive insights.
  • Excellent cross‑functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
  • Clear communicator with the ability to simplify and evangelize complex strategies.
  • Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple concurrent programs.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and energized by building clarity where it doesn’t yet exist.
