This role is for a Principal Security Technical Program Manager focused on Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and Insider Risk Management within Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). The position involves program and project management for cybersecurity initiatives, developing metrics, optimizing security processes, and driving business operations. The candidate will analyze data, communicate with stakeholders, and manage risks to ensure alignment with organizational security objectives and compliance requirements. While the role operates within a cloud security context, it does not involve direct AI/ML model development or research.

What you'd actually do

  1. Plan, scope and coordinate multiple complex, cybersecurity initiatives, ensuring effective prioritization, resource allocation, and execution within defined timelines.
  2. Develop and implement value-based metrics to measure the effectiveness of the cybersecurity program, continuously refining KPIs to drive business impact.
  3. Architect, implement, and enhance security-related business processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and compliance.
  4. Drive critical business operations activities, including workforce planning, efficiency tracking, capacity management, and executive reporting on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
  5. Analyze and interpret complex datasets using Excel, Power BI, Python, or other analytics tools to identify trends, generate insights, and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
