This role is tailored for those passionate about collective communication, vertical co-development of AI networks, and large model training scalability. Your work will drive innovation and contribute to large-scale production, making a real impact on the world!
What you'll be doing:
- Leading the development of next-gen Scale-up fabric for AI data-centers
- Concentrating on collaborative communication and vertical co-development of AI networks alongside hardware, software, and applications
- Guaranteeing scalability, reliability, and robust training for large model development
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to build and implement innovative solutions
- Creating innovative concepts that will ultimately proceed to full-scale manufacturing
- Partnering with world-class talent to successfully implement new technologies
What we need to see:
- 15+ experience in software architecture and networking
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
- Strong expertise in AI applied research
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects and deliver flawless results
- Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to work with diverse teams
- A track record of innovation and the determination to compete at the highest level
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
- Advanced degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or a related area
- Experience with large-scale AI data-center operations

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 272,000 USD - 431,250 USD.
